Strong leadership underlies our governance and our success. The separation between the roles of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer ensures that a clear distinction is made between the strategic, decision-making, oversight functions on the one hand and the operational and executive functions on the second hand.


The Board of Directors defines the strategic business guidelines and supervises their implementation. Subject to the powers expressly attributed to the General Meeting, and within the scope of the organization’s purpose, the Board of Directors’ powers cover all issues relating to the proper management of the organisation. The Board of Directors also oversees the quality of the service and information provided to our beneficiaries and donors. The Board of Directors is composed of seven members: 

  • The Chair
  • The Vice Chair
  • The Treasurer
  • The Secretary
  • 3 General Memberes


The Executive Committee is responsible for supervising Xaveri SA operations, fully aligned with to human-centered approach. Chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, it includes heads of the department and support staff. Together, the Executive Committee members examine and implement strategic decisions and the policies and procedures. The Executive Committee is composed of ten members:

  • Membership, Fundraising & Partnerships
  • Data, Development Technology, and Innovation
  • Policy and Advocacy
  • Business Development and College
  • Academic Quality Assurance
